In May and June 2024, our teams made significant progress in facade work, installations, and finishes, thus contributing to the harmonious development of the Marina Snagov project. The main activities carried out during this period include:

• Installation of thermal insulation on the facade for type 4 and 5 villas
• Completion of masonry work for type 2 villas
• Thermal installation work (underfloor heating) for type 5 villas
• Exterior joinery for type 4 and 5 villas
• Completion of sanitary installation work for type 4 and 5 villas
• Completion of rough-in electrical wiring work for type 2, 4, and 5 villas
