August – October 2024
- Type 4 and 5 Villas: The facades are almost complete, and the interiors have been prepared for the finishing stage. Additionally, the windows and frames have been fully installed.
- Type 2 Villas and part of Type 3 Villas: Work on sanitary installations and facades is underway, marking consistent progress in preparing the exteriors and interiors of these villas.
- Type 1 Villas: In some units, plastering work has begun, and the installation of interior frames is in progress.
- Pontoon: The pontoon construction is nearing completion, adding extra value and functionality to the complex, especially for recreational and relaxation activities by the water.
July 2024
