For the months of August, September, and October 2024, the Marina Snagov project has made steady and visible progress, continuing to develop according to the established plan. Our teams have undertaken significant work within the residential complex, aiming to complete facades, installations, and other essential construction stages. The main activities carried out include:

• Type 4 and 5 Villas: The facades are almost complete, and the interiors have been prepared for the finishing stage. Additionally, the windows and frames have been fully installed.
• Type 2 Villas and part of Type 3 Villas: Work on sanitary installations and facades is underway, marking consistent progress in preparing the exteriors and interiors of these villas.
• Type 1 Villas: In some units, plastering work has begun, and the installation of interior frames is in progress.
• Pontoon: The pontoon construction is nearing completion, adding extra value and functionality to the complex, especially for recreational and relaxation activities by the water.
